You’ve Just Learned How To Create A Website…Now What?

Hello – its Terry here.

And welcome to the first issue of the Wizard of Web newsletter.

The aim of this newsletter is simple – to show you how you can create a website and how to use it and the internet to make money online, and to communicate with the world.

Creating a website is a skill, just like cooking, driving a car, or playing tennis. But like any skill, it is something that can be learned.

Hopefully by now you have gotten access to my free video course The ABC’s To Creating Your First Website. This video course shows you step by step how easy it is to create a website and establish your first presence online.

If you haven’t gotten your FREE access, please do so by clicking here.

Ok, so let’s jump right in…

So you have gone through the course, followed along in the course as I walked through the steps, and now you have an understanding on how to create a website.

You may have even created your first website. Awesome!

So you know how to create a website – now what?

Well, let’s talk about why you want or need a website in the first place. There are many reasons for wanting to create a website. People create websites for many reasons, but here are just a few:

  • To make money. You decided that for whatever reason you want or need to make some extra money, and you discovered that you could do that by creating a website and using the internet.
  • To start a business. You decided you want to start an online business by creating a website to sell or promote something.
  • To share your knowledge or expertise. You have knowledge or expertise in something and you want to share this knowledge with the world.
  • To just have fun. You just want to connect with friends, family, and other people you have met from around the world, and using the internet is the easiest way to stay connected with everyone. And let’s face it – it’s just darn FUN!!

“Did you know there are over 250 million websites on the internet and over 125 million blogs?”

All of these examples are ways that millions of people everyday are using websites and the internet.

With the Website Classroom and this newsletter we are going to show you how to do all these things.

We are going to show you how to create a website and how to use it and the internet to make money online, achieve financial success, communicate with the world – and have fun doing it!

So how do you use a website to make money online? Well like anything new, there are some simple, fundamental skills you need first.

Watch this short video as I explain what those skills are…

Don’t worry if the skills mentioned in the video doesn’t make sense. I don’t expect them to right now – But it all will become clear to you soon enough.

The point I wanted to make is this:

Like in ANY business – there is a system to success.  There is no point embarking upon a web business ‘hoping’ and ‘wishing’.  There is a process to learn.

Does it take time?  Yes – it does (it took me several months).

But does it work?  You bet it does.

Are you excited?  You should be!

Fundamentally there are 4 elements - all equally vital - to online success.

The Four Elements To Online Success
  • Having the correct attitude
  • Knowing some simple web skills
  • Having a product(s) – be it yours or someone else’s – that fulfills a need
  • Having the skills to market your product

Already you have proven you have the correct attitude and mind-set (otherwise you wouldn’t have requested this information).

Ok, in next week’s newsletter, we are going to go a bit further and start explaining step by step how to create an online business using a website and internet.

As the weeks progress we are also going to keep improving your website. I am going to share with you how-to tutorials and tips on how to make your website look fresh, up to date and contemporary, so that it just stands out.

So keep watching out for these.

I hope you enjoyed this week’s newsletter. See you next week.

All the best.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.”
